Components

There are two components of the software:


Server for segmentation (TODO: classification)
Slicer plugin [public]


The plugin is originally from NVidia, adapted by SDAML to usage with our Server.


Installation

Then install the plugin, adding it to Application settings/modules/Additional module paths (CTRL+2) in Slicer version 4.11+.
